Steve is one of Melbourne’s leading Jazz identities. Not only is he a leading pianist and arranger but he is also keenly interested in education and training the next generation of jazz players. Steve formed ‘Mistaken Identity’ in 1985 while studying at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). He has recorded and performed extensively around the country in events as diverse as local festivals through to the Fringe Festival and the Melbourne International Jazz Festival.
